Shipping and Delivery

Returns and Refunds

PayPal refunds take at least 14 days, and due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless required by law. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. This strict 14 days no-reason refund policy applies to all eligible shoe purchases.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt.
