By placing an order, the buyer accepts the shipping terms, return conditions, and refund timelines in this document. This document must be read with the Terms of Service. Chembull (Hong Kong) Limited is not responsible for delays, losses, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the buyer. Shipping Methods and Delivery
Orders are shipped through third-party carriers selected by Chembull (Hong Kong) Limited. Shipping timelines are standard and vary by destination, carrier capacity, customs processing, and local conditions. Chembull (Hong Kong) Limited does not guarantee a specific delivery date unless a separate written delivery guarantee is provided by Chembull (Hong Kong) Limited. Delivery Confirmation

Chembull (Hong Kong) Limited may reject a return if the shoes do not meet these conditions. Non-returnable items are limited to items that applicable law prohibits from return or items expressly designated as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Refund Processing Time
Refund arrival time is at least 14 days. The refund period begins after Chembull (Hong Kong) Limited receives the returned shoes and completes inspection. Chembull (Hong Kong) Limited issues refunds to the original payment method. PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Local laws require up to 30 days for PayPal refunds in some regions. The buyer must allow the longer period when local law applies. Refund of the purchase price does not include return shipping costs.
Return Shipping Costs
The buyer completely bears the return shipping costs. Chembull (Hong Kong) Limited does not provide prepaid return labels under the no-reason refund policy. The buyer must pay all carrier charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, and insurance costs associated with the return. Late or Missing Refunds
